Andrew “Andy” Levitt is a litigator and appellate lawyer handling catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases. He began his successful legal career, working on complex litigation matters at two preeminent New York City law firms. Andy is known for his attention to detail and keen intellect. While Andy continues to handle high stakes business and corporate matters, he dedicates a large portion of his practice to representing clients seriously injured or killed because of the wrongful conduct of others. Andy heads up many of the firm’s litigations and appeals and has represented clients injured at dangerous premises, in Dram Shop cases (over service of alcohol leading to crashes and injuries), auto and truck crashes, and marine-related accidents. Andy also represents families who have lost loved ones who died at the World Trade Center on 9/11.
